Typos Print counts each employee’s prints, copies and scans, allocates costs by department and holds documents until their owner identifies at the copier. It runs on a Windows server at your company: your data stays with you.

Quotas and rules
Budgets per employee or department, scheduled top-ups, blocking beyond the balance. Print rules: colour restricted, duplex, redirection to a cheaper printer.
Secure printing
Documents wait until their owner identifies at the copier with a badge, a code or a login: no more confidential pages left in the tray, less wasted paper.
Copier terminals
Web kiosk on a tablet or on the copier’s browser. Manufacturer embedded apps in preparation, starting with Kyocera HyPAS.
Directory and sign-in
Accounts and groups synchronised with Active Directory or LDAP, single sign-on (OIDC, CAS). Printing from the browser or by email.
Reports and fleet
Dashboard, costs by department, paper savings and environmental impact, copier meters. Several sites managed from one console.
On your premises, no hosting
Typos Print ships as a standalone web server for Windows: Node.js and PostgreSQL are included, nothing else to install. The administration console, the employee portal and the kiosks open in a browser, over HTTPS.
Your employees’ data stay on your server. Typos Print only connects to the publisher when the administrator asks for it: to update the licence or to look for a new version.
A simple licence
- Yearly subscription per copier terminal.
- Unlimited printers.
- Licence tied to the company’s Active Directory domain.
- Without a licence, only copier terminals are blocked: printing goes on.
